I have a 97 F150 and need a new grille, does anyone know if the 97-2003 grills are interchangable?

 

98-03 grilles are but the 97 is a little bit different on the botom so it wont fit right.

 

You sure about that? The grille on my dad's 99 XLT isnt the same size as the one on my 98. I used to have a blackout cover before i got my aluminum billet and tried to put it on his. The opening is bigger on his.

 

Nope i typed it in wrong when i looked it up on my computer it is 99+. 97-98 fit only those two years
