Default Intake manifold runner control

How many imrc valves so I have. I recently had a mechanic replace 2 and I take my intake off to check his work and there's only 1 replaced. Then I call asking if he had the other part so I can do it. Then proceeds to tell me there's only one. So thought I would get a second look to see before taking this to court

It has 2 IMRC. One on each side of the head. It open and close the butterfly plate on the lower intake manifold.
