Default instrument cluster problem

I've come across a problem that I can't solve and hope someone here can help me out. Yes I've searched the web and this site but haven't found anything similar.
The Problem:
I have a '02 Supercrew 5.4 and half of the gauges don't want to work. The left side gauges work Fuel level, Oil Pressure and Speedo. The right side gauges that don't work are Tach, Volt Meter and Engine Temp. I've checked all the fuses and they're all good. I've disconnected the battery to try and reset the system and still no luck. I noticed this problem after I was trying to locate and misfire on the passenger side of the engine. All I did was doing disconnecting COPs and Fuel Injectors. I've gone back and made sure all the connections are sold even connections that I didn't mess with. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the printed circuit board behind the cluster where the light bulbs are connected to light up the gauges.

Probably the cluster itself. I do know that there are two plugs on the back of the cluster, and each one controls a portion of it. Though I'm sure the truck would not run unless both plugs were in. With it being an 02, PATS will be an issue. The easiest way would to get a cluster from a yard and have it flashed by the ford dealer. Miles will be incorrect, as mileage is stored in the cluster itself. Speedo shop will be your next best shot if thats a concern.
