Default Instrument Cluster Lights Replacement

Hello!

I recently replaced the light bulbs in my instrument cluster, but was absolutely sure that I put everything back the way i took it out. My engine is bascially new, I put in a newer 4.6L with less than 50k on it, but all of the sudden the check engine light is coming on, and it seems to be running slow. Also, the engine died on me a couple times when I was making a hard turn. I know it's an electrical issue, I'm just trying to figure out what went wrong.

The battery is fine, I checked that, and even cleaned the terminals, that's all good to go.

I took apart the cluster again to see if I connected something wrong, but I can't seem to see anything wrong.

I can't imagine it being an engine issue, but then again, that light was blown, so maybe it is and I just didn't know?

I'm lost. Help please!

First think to do is get the trouble codes read. If you don't have a code reader most auto parts store will do it for free.

Oh really? I didn't know they'd do that. I'll try that out. Thanks!
