Default instant mpg gauge

has anyone installed an instant mpg gauge on their rigs? ive been looking around and wandering if its even worth it. it would be nice to have instant readings of mpg. I was looking at this one

My experience with these - factory on a BMW and on an Edge programmer on my old 05 - they are wildly inaccurate. And you will find yourself constantly glued to this gauge and your driving experience will suffer because you'll always be trying to save gas. If that's your thing, go for it.

Scangauge2 all the way very very accurate and reads a lot more than mpg.

im on the highway a lot and would be happy knowing my gas milage
