I've done my entire inside gray to black with the exception of headliner and seats. Not hard at all

I want touchscreen I want exhaust I want tinted windows yea I got a list but at least I do have tires and rims. Where'd you get head unit from?

 

Does head unit play DVDs was the install easy did it fit right in?

 

Yeah I had a list as well. Finally got most of it. Just missing a few things like a front lift spindles to level it up. I got most everything else. Just got the wheels last week. Haha. The head unit is a touch screen DVD player and all the other stuff as well. I went to boss audio and ordered online. I'll get the model number a bit later if you want it.

I pretty much did everything to my truck cept put the exhaust on. Nothing to weld with. Had paid to have the windows tinted. Everything else was done by me. And help from friends. Even down to replacing both head gaskets as well.

My truck to some just looks like just another 150 but I know how much and what I've done and changed.

 

That's awesome I wish I could do it myself I just really can't don't really have a place to work on it or the time. I got grill guard few weeks back goin hopefully get the brackets made this week to put on. If you can get model # of head unit but no big deal did it fit right in or did you have to cut to make room? Nice truck.

Yeah I don't have much room to work on mine where I'm at right now. It helps that I have friends with big garages lol. Plus helps I love less then 10 min from summit racing and I goto the store back in clearance and that is where I have found a lot for my truck and deals u wouldn't believe. My bull bar for example only cost my 30 bucks. It was in the clearance section.

Thanks the section above the airbag you painted black that just pops off? Would you ever get rid of your truck? I actually had a 13 king ranch lease was up and I got this 03. I miss something's about the 13 but I really like my 03.

 

lol I drove to work a few days with nothing inside my truck, I had to plug the gauge cluster back in to drive and it just balanced above the steering wheel. I just cleared a bunch of pics, il get some pics when I get home

Nope. Not getting rid of it. It will rust out u see me before I would sell it. I'm even working on another 4.2 I pulled at the pull a part. Tearing it down and rebuilding it with a few extra hp adders. Like headers and bigger cam stuff like that. So when this 4.2 dies I'll have one ready to put in lol.
