Default Inline fuse holder

I installed an inline fuse holder on my rear auxilary lights and now they are not working. Would too big of fuse cause it not to work? I put a 20 in there. Thanks

too big of fuse wouldnt be the problem, and 20 is not too big, a too small of fuse could blow and cause them not to work, also a bad ground

I guess Ill maybe have to check all of my connections. I know my ground is fine cause my LED switch worked when I hooked up another power wire to it, so maybe something is disconected.

if the led on the switch lit up then that just means your switch has good ground, it has nothing to do with the lights ground being good, unless you used the same ground for both

Yeah I used the same ground for both. I just went out and looked and the wire actually had an inline fuse already, in a clear case and its one of those clear tube type fuses and it is blown. I just dont get now why the switch would have blown too if the fuse was there? It says 15AL 25OV on it
