Question I'm stumped...

2002 4.6L Auto
When cruising at 50+ mph, if I take my foot all the way off the accelerator, the truck coasts as it should for about a second then it feels like I have lightly applied the brakes. It feels like it is downshifting, but it is not. The RPMs actually drop about 200 rpm.

Same sitution, If I shift to Neutral it coasts as it should without the braking feeling. So I feel like it is a drive train issue, but thats as far as I have gotten.

I'm scratching my head. Any Ideas?

Thanks
