The answer is probably in ProjectSHO89's wiring diagrams. Do whatever it takes to blow those up, then study them. You'll need to know how to use that meter or have a friend who does. Seems like you've done all of the mechanical stuff that you can. It's meter time. The thieves might have pulled a wire loose when they were in there. Who knows.

Are we sure that it is not something to do with RAP module? Checked the wiring under dash seems pristine.

It says right on the diagram that the starter system will be disabled if the RAP module is triggered. I think that SHO89 said the same thing. I'd guess that the key fob is used to reset the module. Maybe press some buttons on the fob. Probably in the Owner Manual.

Found this. But if you disconnected your system you might have problems. SHO89's diagram describes how the RAP module works. You could probably disable it.

The transmission range sensor is involved also. That diagram shows it all. The last diagram.

The anti theft system will not disarm when plugged in. neither method works. I can't seem to find a replacement part for the RAP module?? I've tried using all the numbers on the unit, no luck.

Probably not the problem, but it's cheap.
