Default Idle variation upon slowing down

Hey guys. Truck has been running great since you helped me with my last issue.

this issue just recently developed. I posted a link to a video. It’s feint but if you make it full screen you can see it.

when I’m slowing to a stop(foot off of gas, on brake) from normal driving, starting around 25mph, the idle will drop to about 550 for a split second, then go to around 700, and dip to 600, and then settle at around 650. It does this whether the a/c is on or not. Cold start or warmed up.

other than that it idles fine. Runs fine. Doesn’t stall or even feel like it’s coming close.

ive changed the air filter. Fuel filter. New Motorcraft plugs. Some new Motorcraft COP’s. I don’t think it’s bad gas.

No check engine light. I’ll check for codes when I get home.

saw one suggestion to disconnect the battery so the computer could reset. That doesn’t seem like it wood work but it’s something easy to try I guess.

The video is really not very good. But usually idle variation when stopping is caused by a bad brake booster. You should be able to reproduce it just by pressing the pedal then removing your foot. Each press should cause the problem.
