Ok there's a new problem now with my truck, when my truck idles in drive its at least 700 rpm. When I am driving and i get to a red light or stop sign my rpm's goes down to 500rpm or 400rpm seems like it wants to die but it goes back to 700rpm got any suggestions what it might be?

its only happens if i don't warm up the vehicle or happens occasionally when truck is not warmed up.
