I have a 02 f150 and everytime i turn on my defrosters or a/c my truck idles up which i know its suppose to cause of the load change but like every 5 seconds it goes down then back up over and over it does stay and at certain idle untill i turn the a/c or defrosters off. I need help its annoying sitting there and hearin it idle up and down while i warm my truck up. I cant find anything about my problem please help. thanks

 

might be low on refrigerant causing constant cycling issues

 

i was thinking that too someone said that before but its winter right now and i really dont want to recharge my a/c when its 18 degress out. my buddy has a garage tho hopefully i can do it in there.
