Default Identifying Lift

So I have been trying to figure out how much this thing has been lifted, and with what equipment. I don't have any stock 4x4s around to compare with, and I haven't found any concrete information/pics to use for judgement.

I'm hoping you guys might be able to help me out here. I can get better angles if I missed any identifying items.

I do know the shocks are Bilsteins, and that there is a good amount of gap, which you can see in the last pic.

The previous owner didn't know much. I'm under the impression it was done by the owner before him.

Anything would be helpful, and very much appreciated. This is the first 4x4 I've taken on as a project, so please excuse my lack of knowledge.

It hasn't been lifted at all. You don't have lift blocks for a body lift, your leafsprings are factory with the factory axle stop, and the front control arms are factory along with the angles.

Thanks guys. I guess that makes it easier to start fresh.

I'm surprised it came from factory with that much gap between the bed and frame.

Thanks! I dig'em too. I've been trying to identify them also, to find the center caps, but I haven't stumbled across them yet.
