My front is a Del Rio but it a pretty basic design out of 8" channel. The rear started out life as a piece of 10" channel then I went at it with a torch and arc welder. Both of the bracket on the bumpers are out of 1/2" plate, the front frame mounts are gusseted to keep them from folding back in the event of a critter incursion and the OE rear mounts were gone when I got the truck so I ground off the rivets and made new mounts out of 4"x6"x1/4" angle. The frame will actually bend and tear before either the rear mounts or bumper fail.

Haven't seen another company that makes them like this. Not even the company that made my front makes them remotely similar. If your trying to keep the weight down I'd say take 48" of 8" wide 3/16" plate for the outer pieces, the step part will require 10" wide, has to be 24" (to match the 6ft width) in length but account for the angles and then some 1/2" x 4" plate for the mounts and step unless you have a factory hitch, then you just keep it 8" all the way. Lastly a 4" wide piece of 3/16" cover the top. Should only way in the 130's. Now if your more concerned with strength and not weight like I was, start with a stick of 8" or 10" channel. I used 10" and then cut down to 8" on the out sides to keep it high clearance but the full width in the middle to give me a hitch. Mine weighs upwards of 200lbs. If you'd like more detailed pics, check out my profile albums. I have some of the late stage construction pics there.

Look at Frontier if you get a chance. I don't see many of them out of Texas so it would be something a little more unique. But on the rear, the bumper is only as strong as the mounts on the truck.
