What jprevet said, you did a lift and are doing tires. Your truck looks good but it will be a dog without the proper gearing to accommodate for the large tires, especially with the small engine.

Thanks guys. I'm only 18 so paying for this stuff is kinda hard but I love my truck and I've paid for everything. An if I didn't do the work myself I attempted it. Thank for everyone's advice
