Default i got p0443 and p1451 codes

1999 xcab 4x4. check engine light is on with p0443 and p1451 codes. my a/c doesnt work neither. the hego sensor, transmission, and evap fuse #23 in the engine fuse block keeps blowing and all of this is linked together. put a new fuse and erase the codes and the air works and the light is off till it blows again. anyone got any ideas?

You can determine which circuit is shortd by disableing them one at a time. I'd start with the A/C clutch, then the evap purge solenoid. Once you've determined the circuit you can either check resistance values or start swapping out components (eg evap sol.)
good luck.

it was the o2 sensor wire layin on the exhaust pipe. where the pipe bolts to the manifold on the driver side. it was grounding out blowing the fuse and causing the codes to come out and no ac.
