Default I cant decide!!!

hid 6k or 5k? i dont want blue but some photos i see of the 6k dont look blue at all and some look like 8k while some of the 5k pics i see look stock and some look perfect lol....whats the norm out there for your trucks? help me decide

They will get a little more blue/white over time. Go with 4300k or 5000k.

I agree with the 4300k HIDs.
But to get the best controlled light pattern out of them you need to have a projector lens in front of the ampules because the reflectors simply are not designed to focus the light properly from anything other than a halogen bulb.
I run both lo-beam and hi-beam HIDs on our Jetta so I do have some experience with this topic!
