Hypertech Programmer

Are these Hyper tech Programmers any good? I know someone that wants to trade my old headlights for one and I havent really done any research on them

You will get a variety of opinions on this but generally no hypertech isn't considered a good brand for tuning. Sct or edge are the two best.
