Default Hypertech programmer

I have a hypertech programmer for my 2000 F-150 with the 5.4 motor. I want to know what a safe rev limit and shift points is? I have a K&N filter and a true dual exhaust. It has 37' tires also.

Any help is appreciated,
Thanks

Raise the shift points to plus 300 on each one and set the rev limiter to plus 500 rpm's. That will give it time to shift at wide open throttle without hitting the rev limiter.
Thanks, Gary at Hypertech
