Default Hub Cap Keeps Falling

I have a 97 F-150 with the stock wheels, and over the past month-and-a-half I have lost 3 hub caps on the same wheel. I know I'm putting them in right, and I don't see any visible damage on that wheel. Anybody ever have this problem, or have any suggestions? It's driving me insane

I had the same problem with mine and just gave up and ordered rims with drop in centers but i've seen people on here glue their stock centers to the lugs

Yea I'm thinking about doing the same thing, but I'd love to save me some money and keep my stock rims. If they glue the hub caps to the lugs, how do they get them off when they need to?

I have yet to hear how they get them off, I think it's probably just little drops just big enough to hold it on but easy to break off
