Default How much drop?

I have a 99 ext 2wd. Want to make it look a lot like this! I am wondering how much drop this truck has on it. Mine is not a harley so is taller stock, so what would the drop be for a stock harley(also how much drop to get my truck to stock Harley height) and how much drop would I need to get my truck to this stance with 20's like those?

Thanks

I'm guessing this is a stock Harley (Bottom Pic)

edit Considering mine is a ext what height looks best? And I am planning on adding a bigger sway bar up front and add one to the rear, plus a turbo. So not just for looks

Looks to be about a 19" drop.

PS. There isn't a picture.

4"/6" If I was going to drop an F150, I'd accept no less for a static drop.
