Default how to lift front of truck if adding 4 inch block in the back

I read that removing the factory 2 inch block on the leaf springs and adding a 4 inch will increase ride height by 2 inches so thats what id like to do but what can i do in the front to raise it approx 2 inches without touching the tbars and maxing them out and having it ride alot rougher?

Torsion bars are the only way to lift one of these up front.

Buy a leveling kit, it's going to come with the block you talk about along with the stuff you need up front to make it sit level. My 2.5 inch leveling kit came with the spacers for up front, the blocks for out back, longer ubolts and some better shocks. I don't remember what I paid but it was under $500 shipped to my door. Not only that but it's going to drive a lot better then if you crank your torsion bars up. My truck drives like it's stock.

Dont leveling kits come with aftermarket torsion keys though. Ive heard those are terrible for front end parts.

It's all about how far they're cranked. If you don't turn them up past 24.25" from hub to fender lip you'll be fine.

Oh, no sorry. I just generally assume people only lift 4 wheel drives (because where I come from, you get laughed at with a lifted 2 wheel drive).

There's no spacers that lift the torsion bar suspension on these. Cranking the bars is the only way to do it without buying a full lift, which still moves the torsion bar location

So to get this straight a leveling kit would be fine to use with the afterkarket keys? What size kit do you think would look best with 33s? I dont want to make the tires look too small. I was thinking just going 2 inch since people are running 35s with 3 inch body lifts so the 2.5 kit would be close to that
