Default How to get rid of the squak caused by the springs?

My 03 f-150 with 176,000 miles springs are squeaking really bad iv sprayed all kind of non squaking stuff on them and even greased them is there any other way to make them stop squeaking without having to change out the springs?

Thanks,
Paul

Lift the rear of the truck by the rear diff support the frame with jackstands... lower the jack to allow the springs to droop... take some rubbber fuel hose or whatever thick rubber you got lyin around.. spread the leaves with a bar or screwdriver, insert rubber at the ends of the leafs where the pads wore out drop the truck down and BOOM! no squeaks
