Default How do you replace a door

Hello, I have a 97 XL single cab long bed 4x4 ford f150 (I know, more info than needed).

I need to replace the drivers side fender and door including the hinges where they attache to the cab. what is the best order to do this, and how is the easiest way to do this?

Just wanted to bump this up instead of starting a new thread.

I found a good deal on the drivers door from a 2000 f150. Is it interchangeable with the door on my 97?

yes the door is interchangeable and when changing body parts and doing alignment of panel gaps and everything else start at the front and work your way back so take off both the door and the fender and then start with the fender and work your way back hope that helps and where you from in idaho i'm originally from libby MT
