Default How to attach bumper cover

I bought this bumper cover for my 2003 F150 XL from eBay:

It does not have Ford part number, which makes me believe that it's aftermarket. Does anybody recognize this?

Any ideas how to attach this? Obviously I need to remove stock bumper cover and valance.

The cover has two holes in top and some in the bottom:

that looks like a whole "body kit" style bumper. looks funny to me, id try looking up body kits for your truck and maybe you can find something similar and find installation instructions in the process.

How is genuine Lightning cover installed?

I checked from my Ford parts catalog that it requires plenty of additional stuff: e.g. Bracket Upper coverl (XL3Z 17E856AA-AB) and Bracket Lower Cover (XL3Z 17E856 BA-BB)

That looks pretty good.

Maybe it's my eyes but you can tell the whites are different?

Looks good! I like the new grill much better than the one you had. I like the newer headlights and corners you have also!
