Hey guys,

I have a 2000 F150 and Im having alot of problems trying to figure out why my high beams dont work. I have running lights and low beams but the high beams are dead. I do get the purple high beam light inducator in the cab when the lever is engaged but no lights........

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP???

have you traced the wires from your head lights back yet to see if you have a bad wire somewhere?

Default High beams don't work

Sounds like the high beam switch is working with blue indicator on. Go to headlights and double check you have power when brights are selected. Might just be two bad bulbs. Don't forget about the ground.

Could be the highbeam relay. Look in your owners manual for the location. Check all your fuses.

NGM as a point. check relay 206 under the hood. This is your fog light relay, if it is stuck on then the highnbeams would not come on. I know this is a stupid question, but do we know for sure the highbeam bulbs are good? Just have to ask.

Thanks alot guys for all the help... I have tried all of those sugestions and still nothing works. DO you think it could just be a bad switch and needs to be replaced?
