Default Hid xenon light problem

hi i have always had xenon lights in my truck in both the fogs and low beams..i had just recently bought a new set of 55w hids (previously had 35watters) and installed them simply by removing the old bulbs and ballasts and installing the new with no change in wiring at all...now i can not get them to all come on..only one headlight works and one fog light will start to flicker like it wants to come on then shut off...any help would be greatly appreciated

With some kits there need to be a relay and the kit needs to be grounded so make sure it is installed correctly
