Default HID high beam problem

I have the bi-xenon hids in lightning heads and I'm not really happy with the high beam. Its hella bright but I can't get the high beam aimed up high enough to give me some good distance. I have the top of the light pulled back as far as it will go and I'm afraid if I try to push the bottom out anymore I will blind oncoming traffic. I drive a lot on back roads and dirt roads and I don't like not seeing as far as I possibly can. Anybody else run into this problem? I've considered getting the black lightning heads with the little projector on them from lmc truck but I would really like to have an hid high beam. Has anybody used those? Thanks!

Thanks! After some research i think im gonna do the fx-r retrofit like they're doing on the newer trucks over in the aftermarket lighting section. Has anyone done this on our generation or do i have to figure it out and make a how-to?

They've don't it on lightning lights and it looks sweet but nobody has a how to on it that I've found. I'm interested in doing it on mine too.

I had to pull the plug on my hid lights. Police are starting to crack down in my town. I think I'm gonna switch to silver star ultras now and just keep my off road lights hid. Don't want any tickets lol
