Just because your not flashed with PnP HID's does not meant your not blinding oncoming drivers, because you are. Many people are afraid to flash or think "it is not too bad" and don't.
ZxE bulbs are supposed to be nice, but too expensive IMO.
Just get the Lightning or HD headlights and use some GE Nighthawks or Sylvania Xtravision bulbs. The light output is much, much better than stock, especially on 10+ yr old lenses.
Save the money from the ZxE and put it towards a true HID retrofit.
Search e-bay or Amazon for "Depo fog lights 2003 F150" ond you will find them for around $90.

I went with Philips Extreme brights. Don't have the white tint of ZXEs, but they are much cheaper, and give off a real nice light. I was impressed by them despite being a Halogen bulb. I payed a pinch over $20 for a brand new pair...

I had PnP 4300k HID's in my wifes xB that has projector housings (for halogen bulbs). I thought the were fine, had a nice cutoff and never got flashed.
One night I was in my car and had vehicle coming at me with lots of glare, I flashed it, and as it drove by, it was my wife.
Needless to say, I no longer have the HID's in it (I do in the high beam since they are only on when nobody is in front of me).
