Sory 4 the stupid question but how often is the recomended kms. to change the spark plugs and other ignition system components. running great but havent changed anything since i bought it 2yrs 50k ago. 1998 XLT 4.6L.

Do you have an owners manual? If so its in there. If not you can find them on E-bay.

 

should be done at 60k, you can push em longer but the coils dont like the extra resistance and usually start to go.. I wouldnt use anything other than oem motorcraft plugs.. seem to do better with less driveabilty issues
