ok, so what's so special about the Heritage? my '99 reg cab short box XL has a Heritage tag on the tailgate and at first i thought they just replaced it for some reason but i've been seeing them more and more on trucks like mine so it can't be a mistake....

so is there a difference?

as far as I know I thought the heritage package was only on the 2004s that had the same body style as the 97-03s. I might be wrong. Either that or the people replaced the tailgate or emblems with one from a 2004 heritage.

There is a Heritage F150. It comes with a two tone special color paint and different interior.. I can't remember exactly what they call it. My internet isn't working very well or else I'd google more info.

Then all the 2003's that didn't sale and went over into 04'. They label Heritage and sold them as 2004 models... So it could be a replacement tailgate.

i have an 03 hetitage. u guys hit the point on the nose it has the 03 body style with diff. paint and interior but i am not sure about anything else so if there is more could u tell me what it is
