I have a 1998 f150 xlt 4x4, power windows, door ajar,dome light,and winshield wipers work intermittenly. When I pull number 15 fuse and put it back, boom it works for a second then goes back off... any suggestions?

 

I have a 99 xlt and my power widows and air condition would both stop working so I took my alternator to autozone and it tested good but I got a new one anyways cuz I had the lifetime warranty and it fixed my problem but yours sounds differant so idk

 

Quickest thing to try first is replace the fuse and see if that works or swap with another same amp fuse. But there could be an issue with the GEM getting wet if you have a windshield leak. Might want to take a look and inspect for any visual water damage and give a good cleaning with electrical contact spray.
