Default help truck stalling

I have a 2000 f-150 xlt and my truck keeps stalling. But its only stalling after the truck is running for 10 minutes and when its idleing at a stop sign or red light. I've been told by two people that it could be either the catylitic converter or the cold air intake. Anyone have any other suggestions or one of these two? Help please.

I was having this problem a few weeks ago. I cleaned everything, replaced hoses to fix a possible vacuum leak, replaced my fuel filter and still had the dying at a stop light problem. Idling no problem, but the moment I put it in drive with the brakes on, it died.

Turns out, my torque convertor was dying, and it took my transmission with it.
But, it's now fixed and I'm running again... just with a much lighter wallet.

Hope your problem is just an O2 sensor or a fuel pump at the worst.

So I tried the maf sensor first because I wanted to do the cheapest thing first. It was a success. My truck is up and running like he was brand new. Thanks everyone.
