Default Help quick!!

here is the deal I got a 2003 f150 4.6.

Im having a problem with it not running. new fuel tank and pump 5 months ago.

first I was told it was my pcm well if I run a jumper wire from tow battery charge relay(#30 spot on relay) to fuse 18 it would run fine.

well I went out yesterday and seen my dash was flashing theft really fast and my odometer was reading (----------)..... so I started by pulling fuel relay and testing to is if that relay socket was hot, it is.

I took a jumper wire from fuse 18 to relay spot 30 on fuel pump relay and got my dash to work and theft to go away. then hot wire to 87 I hear my fuel pump kick on. then I can start my truck.

I guess what im asking is my relay bad or is it not getting power to it when I turn on key. I tried switching it with the other two relay in that fuse block NO luck there. the only way the truck will start and run is if I hook hot wire from #30 post to 87 and 86 in the fuel relay spot.

Just looking at the picture, the fuse block looks as if it has rust built up on it. Did it get wet? I think I'd start by cleaning up the block the best you can. I'm not saying you don't have a relay problem, hopefully someone else will chime in. good luck.

its rusty and I live in pa so its snow and rain. what powers the fuel pump relay? Im I dnt just wanna put this on the setup on a toggle switch cause idk how long it will work like this. hooking it up like this could be powering the PCM thur #87 wire? cause when I put power to 87 its fixes the dashes on the odometer and let the truck run.
