Yes the oval piece on the passenger side, right up next to the windshield. Take a flathead screwdriver and carefully work it under it and pop it up

Just take out all the screws you can, pull gently, anywhere it gets hung up search around with your eyes or fingers and try to find a screw... (dont forget about the two plastic covers in the center closest to the windshield. Those cover two screws, once all the screws are out that piece just pops right out. I just took about my dash completely about a week ago. I have some pictures of everything out.... its a lot of screws tho.... a lot

The passenger airbag has to come out for that dash piece to come out (disconnect battery, wait a while, then take out the screws one on top and one on bottom, pull out, unplug, then set somewhere safe and airbag up. Once the airbag is out there are some screws hidden behind it. Also once you take the oval piece (some call it the surfboard) there are some screws you can see and then at least 3 screws that are on the support that the dash is pushed up against, with the screw head facing the windshield so you will need a small socket wrench or adjustable wrench.

Also between the dash and the door frame (pull back the rubber) there is one screw on the driver side and two on the passenger side. Those suck but can be taken out.

I can post some pictures of it taken down so you can try to look at some of them and see if that helps you see any screws youve missed.
