I have a 99 5.4. Shut it off today, and the volt gauge and the oil pressure gauge stayed on. Also the odometer is reading (------). Did some reading on the forums and others have had this problem but they get no start with it also. Mine starts just fine. Restarted it about 10 times with no problems. When its running odometer reads fine, and all gauges are working. I have no idea what is causing this. I have to unhook the neg cable to stop the drain on the battery whein its not running. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

 

Noticed this morning when it was dark out that the headlights wont shut off. Soon as I hook up the battery they come on and the switch does nothing. Bright switch works, but they wont shut off. Could it be a bad headlight switch? Any advice would be great
