Question Help with misfire!!!

Okay, Ive got a 98 f150 with the 4.6...165k. Check engine light started blinking so i had the codes read and got a couple p030X codes...misfires. Also, bank 1 and 2 running lean. So I did a tune up on it replacing the plugs, wires, both coil packs and the o2 sensors. Also pulled off the throttle body and cleaned it while everything was apart. Drove it for about 15-20 miles and the light started blinking again and went solid. Haven't had the codes checked again but as far as I know it only blinks with a misfire. So, what do I do now???

Check the camshaft speed sensor connection. Also read this. http://www.obd-codes.com/p0300

Default Forgot about EGR code

Forgot to mention I was getting and insufficient EGR flow code as well. Thats why I cleaned the throttle body...also cleaned the EGR valve and checked to make sure it wasn't stuck or anything. And you mentioned the crankshaft position sensor could be going...how do I go abou checking that?

Hate to dig up an old thread but did anyone have anything else for this? Mine is doing the same thing now too.

As for EGR insufficient flow, there's a sensor that reads from the EGR, think it's called a DPMF or some weird crap like that, but it's a 2"x1" rectacgular sensor just above the first spark plug on the driver's side of the motor and has two vaccuum lines running from it. Mine went out on my truck and threw the same code.

Yeah I read something on that and tested it and it seems to be within the parameteres its supposed to be. I haven't fixed my problem yet but I have a bad head gasket and am thinking the misfire and EGR codes could be because of that. So I am replacing all my gaskets when I have the time in the next week and see what happens with the codes
