HELP! Error Code on Radio?

HELP! Error Code on Radio?
2003 F150 FX4 w/5.4
I installed a K&N intake last weekend. The instructions said to disconnect the battery first, which I saw no reason for. This would mean losing all radio presets, resetting clock,etc.. So, I went ahead with the install without disconnecting the battery. Everything went smooth. While pulling truck out of the garage, I noticed there were 6- zeros on the radio. Everything works fine, including the radio, but why are there all these zero's on my radio now?
