Ok I got a 98 4.6 truck that I just purchased a sct livewire tuner for before tuner came in truck was running perfectly.. after receiving the tuner i was very excited to get it on the truck but the tuner would not tune properly.. first time i called sct. the guy got me through most of the tuning process until halfway through copying the files the tuner ran into error 110d8 and stopped tuning as it was almost 6 he told me that my vbatt was low (11.6) and I needed to charge the battery and try it again after charging the battery I tried it again and was prompted to return truck back to stock which the tuner would not do. during this process I noticed that my fuel pump was running constantly instead of shutting off after a few seconds after the key was turned on..... Second time i called sct the guy told me that my vbatt had to be at least 12 for the tuner to operate properly and he advised me to have my battery checked (optima red top) after having the battery checked It tested bad so I purchased a yellow top to replace the red top.. I also replaced the terminals while I was at it after replacement i checked the vbatt again and it was 11.6 so I decided to start the truck to let the alternator charge it back up... turn the key to on the fuel pump is working over to start and turn wont start at all noticed that the fuel pump is not running at all now go through check process have power at fuse (good) and power at relay (good) and power at inertia switch pink wire black stripe but only has 6v at sending unit connector still have power (6v) as soon as I hook the connector up I have no power and it acts like a ground (has continuity)... replaced the fuel pump while I had the tank down (old pump tested good).. Im completly lost on this matter now my only guess is that it is the ecm??

Need help ASAP... Any help or suggestions would greatly be appreciated..
