Default Help door problems! 01 f150

Hello i am in severe need of help and I have no clue what to do. My drivers door opens and unlocks perfect (with beeper and inside unlock button) but if I try to unlock my passenger side door with the beeper or the inside unlock door button it won't unlock. The only way it will unlock is if I use a key on that door or if I pull the door handle from the inside. Both doors lock perfectly. Thanks for your time and any suggestings would be greatly appreciated!

Door lock actuator is most likely going bad. There are a bunch of write ups on how to replace it. It's a pretty common problem

I haven't read back on this... But all I did was open the door and spray WD-40 inside the switch area and saturated it and cleaned up the over spray afterwards. 1 year later and I still don't have a problem. They just get dirty.
