Help debug problrm
Ok so my dad has a 2000 f150 4.6 when he drives down the road the truck runs ok until he stops. The trucks turns off the only way to keep it running is to hold the break and tap the gas. The CEL light is on but the only codes are the o2 sensors.
If that truly is your only codes then your Catalytic Converters could be clogged. How's the truck on Power when its driving; any loss in power? Have either of you used any sort of snake oil Gas treatments vacuum injected carbon gunk cleaners recently?
TPS, dirty TB, IAC, Battery and alternator can all cause stalling without throwing a code right away. (If at all) There are also a few trans problems that can cause it but that's better left to someone else to explain if the other things are not the cause.
Post the exact codes you're getting.

That sounds like a EGR valve issue, not O2 sensor. They are all lean codes, meaning a vacuum leak more than likely.
The EGR flow code could be the cause of the lean code also if the EGR is not working correctly. the 1151 is also a lean code caused by a vacuum or EGR problem, not an O2 sensor problem code.
the P0125 code is a problem with coolant temperature not getting high enough (+70°F temp from cold start to 15 minutes after start), could be a bad t-stat. Maybe related to bad EGR???
I would pull the air intake and clean it, checking all the EGR and other passages in the intake. Those can get clogged and cause all kinds of issues.
Check all vacuum lines while your under there.
