Question HELP!! - Code P1025

Greetings all.
I am the original owner of a 2000 F150 5.4 (80K miles) and never had any issues.
The car is 100% stock, and was never in an accident.

A while ago, the SES light came on.
The truck runs fine, no issues and fuel mileage appears to be normal, BUT, I keep getting code P1025. (O'Reily scanner)

Replaced the "Head Temp sensor" with one from the dealer (Front DS head), but the SES light keeps comming back on with the code. Cables/connector appear to be ok.

Any ideas?
