Thanks. I picked up a switch anyway for $11 locally. Figured it's worth a shot before paying someone to test the rest of the system.

Well, it was in fact a leak. One of the lines going into the compressor (the line visible from the passenger wheel well) corroded all the way through. Picked up a new set of lines and will tackle that next week.

Might as well swap the accumulator and orifice tube while everything is opened up to atmosphere. If you want.. I would..
