Default Help!

Got a Ford f150 2003. I am having a problem with the Radio, and Power Windows. It seems that it keeps blowing the fuse. When I turn my lights on, when the car get below 1000rpm sometimes when the window wipers are on the radio when cut off completely and then come back on. It will even blow the fuse a lot of times. But it shutoff my Radio no Power Windows at all. It is Fuse #8 it seems (or atleast the one I find all the time) that is going out. The Descripition of that one is; Radio, Remote entry module, GEM, In-vehicle entertainment system (supercrew only). it calls for a 5a but I have even went up to a 15. Any ideas what may be going on? If you need me to answer any question please let me know as well.

Your alternator regulator is dieing, causing, power surges, blowing the fuse, and lack of amps, when radio cuts out.
