Any acceleration under 2000 RPM is jumpy and I don't know if it's missing or slipping??

Change your coils, plugs and change tranny fluid n filter if u havent done so lately. That should fix it if not help alot

Did tranny filter and fluid two weeks ago trying to fix this problem. My coils should be in tomorrow, so we'll see what happens. Thanks

Help!!!!! Took out one plug and replaced no problem took out next plug and I think all the threads can off the head and fell in the cylinder. Wtf! What the hell do I do now?

Autozone might rent a camera to look down there. A vacuum, air compressor w/blow gun attachment and magnet will all be helpful.

Unfortunately you will need to do something to fix the threads/spark plug issue as it seems it had a blown out plug and they attempted to fix it. That means either a time-sert (recommended), lock-n-stich done at Ford, replace the head, helicoil (not recommended).

Start calling independent shops. I was quoted $400 locally, Ford wanted over a grand.

Why is helicoil not recommend?

They have tendency to fail. Consider the process, material, and idea of how the helicoil and time-sert differ. Helicoil is basically a piece of wire, wound like a spring.

Biting the bullet and paying $400 for four cylinders to be fixed at machine shop. Thanks for help.
