Default height details

Hey all, just wondering if anybody knows the stock height of a '03 Screw center wheel to wheelwell top arch, actually just at the bottom of the arch in the fender. My truck currently measures 23" at front and back wheels but I haven't had it long, and really don't know if it's been leveled, lifted, or maybe none of those at all. As far as having any sort of lifting block in the rear there is something like that there but it's maybe an inch thick, so maybe that's a stock part?

thanks, Randy

ok, the 23" is factory, and I read somewhere here that you can only go up to 24 1/4" without hurting it (undue wear on parts) by cranking the t-bars, is that right? It only can gain 1 1/4" from a t-bar crank?
