Default Heating problem

Ey guys my heats been acting funny. If I'm driving along it's warm but if I stop and idle it's blows Luke warm air, it used to blow hot while driving but now it's just warm. Also if I drop it down a gear to pass someone it blows only out of the defrost vents. Also if I put it on the floor selection it doesn't blow out the floor but the defrost. Anybody got a clue as what to do?
Thanks,
Spencer

If its blowing luke warm when you stop, then I'd say you have a clog in your heater core or low on coolant.
