I replaced mine a few years ago, bought them off Amazon. Cheap Chinese copy parts but they fit great and have held up as well as the originals.
Amazon Amazon

For clarification, this was for an older 1990's style F350.

I got a pair like these last year (doubt it’s the same seller, but you get the idea). Nothing with leds or any fancy shmancy junk in them that was selling for cheap, because the reviews will tell you that’s a mistake waiting to happen.

Amazing how how hard it is to find stuff like this now that isn’t coming straight from China and isn’t ricey looking! (Try to find a CHMSL replacement that isn’t flimsy smoked LED junk. Sigh.)

DEPO crystal clear Lightning design lights. About 80 on Amazon. My blue truck has them in the fogs also. Much brighter, clear lighting. My red truck has oem Lightning units w the DEPO fog inserts.

For clarification, the post above was for an older style truck. I also replaced the headlights in my 2002 F150 with these:
Amazon Amazon
Same results, cheap and they have held up great. I bought these in Jan 2016.
