I got the bi xenon kit from vvme. They have had no issues over the last 8 months. Weren't too expensive but they shipped from China, which pissed me off.

Hey man,

I bought mine from orangemika (ebay seller). He sells tons of them and they are quality kits. I put one of his kits in my Jag before I sold it. The type of bulbs we have are dual mode lights so you will need a bi-xenon kit, I've checked and his kits are about $60.00 for bi-xenon and 30.00 for regular bulb kits. I'm not sure if you can use a non bi-xenon kit on a vehicle that has requires bi-xenon and just not use your brights but I would just spend the 60.00 and go with the bi-xenon. Hope this helps

Bi is two a high and a low in one. Just installed my new ones today. Have a hid low and a hollagen high in the same bulb which is different than I have seen before. Normally they are high and low hids. You can run just a single beam bulb but you won't have high beams (not like it matters) but high beam hids are illegal
