01 f150 my headlights stopped working fuses are good from what I gather there is no relay for HL if I pull my blinker in the brights will work but not when I lock them out what could be the problem any ideas

 

Sounds like the multi function switch, used to control the signals and lights, is faulty.

 

Both bulbs went out at the same time?
Pulling back is flash to pass and lights up the brights
I have seen a few multi-function switches cause lighting problems as well
Check the bulbs first and the sockets for power
If no power to the sockets, then check the multi-function switch
Check the connectors for being plugged in all the way and nothing is melted
